Microsoft Build Virtual Action

Date: Monday, May 19 at 9:00 AM PDT

Microsoft has the audacity to celebrate the “future of tech” at Build—while using that same tech to fuel genocide in Palestine. Join us to protest Microsoft’s complicity in Israeli war crimes by speaking up in the comments section in Build keynote. Let’s make it impossible for Satya Nadella and other Microsoft execs to ignore the blood on their cloud.

If you’re located in Seattle, consider joining us for an in-person rally.

How to participate

1. Register for Microsoft Build

Thanks to our action, Microsoft has disabled the event chat and locked down sign in methods! Feel free to skip this step and take action on social media instead!

  1. Go to the Microsoft Build website
  2. Click “Register now” then “Let’s go”
  3. We recommend using an email to create a new account. If you don’t want to use your email, you can search for a disposable/temporary email service.
  4. Enter the verification code you receive via email and then choose a password.
  5. Choose the free “Digital access pass”
  6. Fill in the required form fields. You don’t need to sign up for marketing emails.

2. Attend the Keynote

Mark your calendars for the Microsoft Build opening keynote on Monday, May 19 at 9:00 AM PDT with Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella and CTO Kevin Scott.

During the livestream, speak up in the comments section to protest Microsoft’s complicity in Israeli war crimes.
